Hi, I'm Lynn Ostergaard, owner and founder of LifeLaab and I passionately believe that everyone has the seeds of success.

        That passion leads me to work with individuals, small business owners and corporations who are ready go to the next level: adding clients, finding a better job, or simply performing at a level that will bring them greater recognition and results. I have a progressive background spanning 15+ years in recruiting, staffing, HR and sales. My ongoing training in the industry includes study in the iPEC, Core Energy Coaching program. Additionally, I am a certified Professional of Human Resources and a certified coach and consultant for the Energy Leadership Attitude Assessment, which I often utilize in my work with individuals and corporations to enhance effectiveness and teamwork.

      I enjoy public speaking and conduct workshops on a variety of topics including networking, coaching and sales for a number of organizations including iPEC, Oak Park River Forest Chamber of Commerce, the Career Transitions Center and others. I have a Bachelor's degree in marketing and advertising from Ferris State University, and serve on the advisory board there.
